The mind is a terrible thing to waste!

Could it be possible that your mind is still that creative playground that you once had when you were a kid? My answer is absolutely yes! I have found that the imagination that we once used as a child to discover new games to play with our friends, or create a new world where kids were in charge and no parents allowed is still alive in each and every one of us.

Throughout all of these years of studying the bible and having more questions than answers, I am coming upon a shift in my spirit that is absolutely life changing.

I have known for some time that we can create the reality that we want and God says we can have, the problem was with all of the negative thoughts and programming from the time we are born.

Once we are able to accept the fact that we have been created in the image of God, that negative programming can begin to change.

This topic is going to be a joy to write and I am sure change is inevitable. Who knows, a new you may be just around the corner!

The phrase "A mind is a terrible thing to waste" emphasizes the importance of using our minds for positive and constructive purposes.

Biblical Perspective: The Bible highlights the significance of our minds in shaping our actions and decisions.

For instance, Romans 8:5 states that those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires, while those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.

Spiritual Growth: The mind is central to spiritual growth and transformation. Ephesians 4:23 encourages believers to renew their minds, replacing negative thoughts with positive ones.

Meaningful Pursuits: Loving God with our mind involves using it for pursuits that glorify Him, as seen in Matthew 5:37, which states to love God with all our hearts, souls, and minds.

The mind is a powerful tool that, when used wisely, can lead to a fulfilling and meaningful life.

The Bible puts great emphasis on the mind and how it affects your life. If you have any desire to be the man or woman God desires you to be, then you must understand how important a role your mind is going to play in that.

The greatest battles at times are in our mind, our thoughts, and imagination.

The Devil and his demons know this. He brings fear, doubt, and unbelief.

Let this “mind” be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 2:5)

The Mind – “A Terrible Thing to Waste”!

How do you “waste a mind”?

What “Kind” of Mind did Christ have?

If the “mind” that Christ had be in us, we will do

The things that Christ did; and according to Christ, we will do greater things.

When we see the words mind and heart in the Bible, they are often used interchangeable. The mind, heart is all about “Thinking”; what are those neurons and protons doing between our ears. This activity is what “guides” our life.

The mind of Christ was “always focused” on doing the “Work of His Father”!

He was always “mentally” aware that He was an Ambassador from God for us!

This mental awareness always guided his living.

The Bible tells us that,

Through Christ We Can Do “All” Things!

To believe and obey this scripture will show itself in our Living!

To not believe and not obey this scripture will show itself in our Living.

Our mind chooses to have Faith or not to have Faith, our mind chooses to Trust or not to Trust, our mind chooses to give or not to give, our mind chooses to hate or to love, our mind chooses to steal God’s vengeance or not to steal God’s vengeance, our mind chooses to follow Christ or to follow Satan.

With our mind, we “choose” to live in victory or defeat.

To “fill” our minds with God’s Word will give us “The Mind of Christ”!

To “fill” our minds with the world’s word will give us “The Mind of Satan”!

We determine the kind of mind we have by what we “fill it with”.

Solomon told us to be careful “what we think”,

for through our thinking “We Set The Boundaries Of Out Life”!

God is all about us loving one another!

Paul knows that once we control our mind,

the same thing that happened to him will happen to us.

He went from Saul, working against God; to Paul, working for God.

He was “Wasting His Mind”.

Then, he repented; stop wasting his mind, by redirecting his

“Thinking” to “The Word, Jesus the Christ”.

He thought he was working for God,

until he started focusing his Mind on The Right Things.

To waste a mind, is to live and die and never “learn” to control our

“Thinking Mechanism”!

Most of us, live and die, and never learn to Control our “Minds”!

God wants us to be “united” and to “care for each other”!

Satan wants us to be “divided” and each person “to care for their on self”!

A selfish spirit is “never” guided by The Holy Spirit, but by the Demonic Spirit!

In the World, the goal is “to get” “to Have”; the “Mind of Satan”!!

In the Word, the goal is “to get” “to Give”; the “Mind of Christ”!

We control “What We Think”, then “What We Think” “Controls Us”!

Ask God to Bless You To

“Control Your Thinking Mechanism”, “Your Mind”,

And Watch What Happens!
