How do you define love? Is it just a second-hand emotion?
Jesus is the reason we even know what love is. In laying down His life for us, He taught us everything we need to know about true love. Love is self-sacrificing, generous, unending, not a temporary feeling or attraction.
Because of God's love for the world, we know love is also undeserving and often unreciprocated.
Some possible definitions of love include:
1-A willingness to prioritize another's well-being or happiness above your own.
2-Extreme feelings of attachment, affection, and need.
3-Dramatic, sudden feelings of attraction and respect.
4-A fleeting emotion of care, affection, and like.

It's brotherly and friendship love.
2-Infatuation: This is a form of love that often involves intense feelings of attraction without a sense of commitment; it often takes place early in a relationship and may deepen into a more lasting love.

As Shakespeare said, the course of love never did run smooth. No relationship is perfect, so there will always be problems, conflicts, misunderstandings, and disappointments that can lead to distress or heartbreak. So while love is associated with a host of positive emotions, it can also be accompanied by a number of negative feelings as well.
